Welcome to WIPitup! We are glad you have found us and we are confident that you will be, too! We are Carole Conyers (School Psychologist) and Nancy Clarke-Shippam (Speech-Language Pathologist). Together we have 25+ years of combined clinical experience working with children and young adults with special needs in both the clinical and education settings.

Our professional fields have begun to embrace the use of technology as part of our daily clinical practice. However, we have recognized that there exists a startling lack of practical and meaningful apps available for use with individuals with special needs that have been designed by qualified professionals. In addition, we have discovered that many of the apps that are currently available are either too costly or too complex.

WIPitup was created in response to the need for ready-made, easy-to-use apps that are expertly designed by experienced clinicians. Our mission is to help children and young adults with special needs to communicate, regulate their thoughts and emotions, and enjoy a better quality of life.

We invite parents, educators, psychologists, social workers, speech-language pathologists, and other allied professionals to try WIPitup apps with your child, student or client. We hope that you will come to rely on WIPitup as your first choice in selecting apps for individuals with special needs.
